We have taken a contract with Vodacom in October 2013, we tried to add another product on the contract with Aneesa at Vodacom Lenasia. Aneesa thereafter said that the application is declined due to Poor payment on ITC. We thereafter called Vodacom and they confirmed that this is false. Our advice to consumers is stay away from Vodacom.
