Unilateral change in payment terms to my detriment

My agreement with VMSA is that they will rip the monthly fee from my account at the beginning of each month.

They ripped it out on 01 December 2013.

They ripped it out again today, 20 December 2013.

There is no agreement that allows for this.

They have unilaterally chosen to gain interest on millions of peoples' monthly fees by ripping them from their customers' accounts nearly two weeks early!

I require a FULL refund IMMEDIATELY and the payment to be made at the beginning of January 2014 as agreed.
