Debiting my account after repeated attempts to cancel

I have tried to cancel a contract with virgin mobile several times. I tried calling their call centre but I was told that they don't cancel contracts over the weekend and I have not gotten. through since.

I have also left messages on their website and still they keep taking my money.

hopefully this will spark some sort of fire for them to do as I ask and refund my money!
