Bad customer service

I cancelled my contract 4 months in advance. Have correspondence thereof. I have been with my new service provider since October and am still being billed and my account debited by autopage. I then sent an enquiry on 9 dec and am still waiting for someone to contact me to sort it out! It's supposed to be a 24 hour waiting period for a response????
