Firstly the telkom representatives that I spoke to on the phone kept making up strange addresses to add into the system and regardless of me phoning them to try to correct the mistakes, they kept sending me confirmation SMS's with the incorrect address and today, the day of the appointment to do the line installation, nobody has arrived or tried to contact me. Even though I paid a ridiculous deposit for the service, I will probably not be getting anything done due to these errors.
