It is with great sadness that I have to say that our Internet issues is still not resolved. A technician who was in communication with us this week assured us that should he not have success in solving our problem at the exchange he would come to our residence to do further testing. He never showed up nor have we heard from him since. Bare in mind that this is an ongoing issue since December 8th. This is unexceptable...
