I made a complaint on the 9th of December concerning my slow 2mb/s ADSL line.
I didn't receive any feedback, had to send a follow up mail, and then had to call the call centre to get assistance.
It is now the 17th, and my slow speed has not been resolved, nor have I received any feedback.
I also enquired as to when Telkom would be upgrading the lines to 4mb/s, and haven't received any word on this either.
Can someone please assist?
