Fradulent account

My id was somebody opened a fradulent account on my name i reported it they told me submit and affidavant and other docs which i did 3 months down the line still have not received feed i called them they told me the account was closed i requested a letter of confirmation still has not received it .today i received an sms from a company called nu debt requesting me to make payment using ref 500698669 with no contact details were i can report the incident .now i am with an sms without contact details and scared they might list me in the credit burea .tried to call them at heita i was transfered from department to another until i hung up please assist
