2010 received a call from collection from exact state i owe them R6028 for an account that i dont know anything about it, went to shop where the account was open i did statement and affidavit's to state that i did not open any account it was fradulent account. Now i need to apply for finance on credit bureau still shows i owe them this amount, phone the support centre spoke to lot of agent no one was willing to assist . spoke to supervisor Annie she also refered me to investigation department no one was willing to assist me every one was just passing abug even the supervisor annie im very dissapointed. and the sadest thing is i dont have any account with foschini group.i dont see myself having any account with them . im worried what kind of business are they running there if one cant identify one's detail before opening an account. i need the letter that state it was fradulent account i need my name to be clared on credit bureau now.
