I was double debited FNB insurance brokers for my car insurance on 25/07/2013 and was promised a refund. I've been contacting them numerous times trying to resolve this issue as it is not the 1st time this has happened. This issue is still not resolved and i refuse to accept such poor service. Numerous times i've requested to speak to a team leader or manager but its impossible as the agnets are always advising me that the managers and team leaders are "in meetings".
No one is ever friendly or able to help me when i contact them.
