Vodacom must be the worst at customer service! I have now been waiting for more than 10 days for delivery of my IPhone 5S. If it is not the fact that I have to talk to 5 different people during one phone call, to try and locate my device, I have to phone them everyday to check on progress. We are now back to square one and it will take another 3-5 days. During this time I have not received a single phone call or any other notice from them to keep me posted on the progress.
Pathetic.
