I am quite upset with Telkom as the Kenilworth Store in Cape Town logged a case and no one has gotten back to me!
They were unable to fix my phone and I have this phone since July and one of your call centre agents had the audacity to ask me whether I had broken the phone!!! Seriously?? where is the proffessionalism?
I now had to take out a another contract and another phone as the current phone is faulty!!! See the documents sent to you from the store! All of this is just costing me more and more money! I can not even send an e-mail to [Email Removed] as per what I was given by the consultant as the server sends it back!!!
I am utterly disgusted!
