How many of Vodacom customers knew that when you are on a contract and get free minutes or data, and the next month arrives, you pay again for the new free minutes and data, and THEN the catch, you first have to use up the current month before you start using the carry over, AND if you then don't use it, you LOOSE it!! WONDERFUL!! Will keep you all posted as I reported this to the CPA and ICASA as I can't believe that this can be true!!
