8ta / Telkom Mobile
Data Service Uselss

I have a data contract. I can only access 8ta's website. The hardware/settings on my side are clearly still working.

I need someone to check why I can't download emails or access any other websites.

Spent 25min on the phone this morning speaking to operators who could not speak english and couldn't tell the difference between Windows and Mac OS operating system.

Massively frustrated.
