I contacted 10210 and spoke to a customer service agent at 12h30 on 18/12/2013 regarding the cancellation of the DSL Faster on my account as I have an all inclusive package with MWeb. She treated me like an and did not want to listen to what I was saying and while trying to explain to the lady what the problem is she put the phone down in my ear. That is very unprofessional and sssssoooooo rude and as a result I will be laying a complaint with the Ombudsman.
