I have bought an 8ta modem and data card with 120GB of data, still have 100GB left when my number was ported to Cell C. The person that hijacked my number lives in Atteridgeville, I live in Johannesburg. I have to prove that the number belongs to me and take time out of my schedule to lay down an affidavit at the police, but some random person in Atteridgeville can just go hijack my number. How does this even happen? I would like Cell C compensate me for the 100GB of data lost, or give me back my number.
