Short Summary
* In Feb 2013 I over paid my 8.ta account by mistake (R3000.00 instead of R300.00)
* I asked for my money back continually until July 2013 - I didn't get it.
* Realizing that my contract would expire before my money is returned, I chose to use the credit value R 1240.39 to purchase a large data bundle at a cost of (R1 148.00) and so avoid risk of complete loss.
* Now 8.ta claims I owe them R 1447.00 and has
- cut my account off
- called upon NuDebt to action judgement against me.
8.ta/Telkom Mobile claim money was paid back, but my Bank Statements do not reflect this.
Telkom rep. is investigating, but in the interim - judgement action is still being processed against me, by NuDebt.
