Wow, so many complaints... I feel that this will fall on deaf ears but here we go.
The above gentleman has absolutely no knowledge of the products offered by his Employer.
He had a bad attitude and gave me the wrong information around my Wi-Fi enquiry.
I basically figured it myself via searching the internet.
He spent more time having in between chit chats with his pal.
I'm so disappointed that I took out a contract with Telkom, such poor service.
I would appreciate a response or private e-mail with this branches manager's detail.
This would be in an effort to ensure that other customers get the treatment they deserve!
