Paying for a service I dont receive

Every month I have the burden of having to waste at least 20 minutes of my time to call Cell C to ask for them for the umpteenth time to email me my itemized billing.

Each and every month! I asked to add the itemized service to my account towards the end of last year and specifically asked that it be emailed to my address on each month but to date, I have not received my billings, unless I am calling, which I do each month. but they were quick to start debiting my acc for the additional service. I don't know how many times I have complained about cell c and its bad service and it seems like they continue to not care or take care of their customers. Spending money in your advertising will never change the perception the consumer has about your brand. and I for one will continue telling people who are considering to switch the truth, in fact, anyone who has an ear to listen about the horrid service you provide.

After my last debacle with my upgrade I swore I will never again continue with the network. when my contract is due for an upgrade I will bid farewell to the oppressor! In the meantime, Please - send me my billing or because I actually have grounds to sue!
