Telephone and ADSL out for two weeks

My telephone line as well as ADSL has been out of order for the past two and a half weeks a sms was sent on the 5 December I had call 10210 as well but the system was offline when I call and the consultant could not do anything as he needed to verify me. I was put on hold when I ask if he could write my details down and call me once it came up, I was left to hold for 30 minutes until the call was dropped by the consultant.
