I've been waiting on the phone for more than half an hour. R100 Airtime up in flames. Their website is even more terrible - I went through the whole procedure and then they send me an sms that they can't help me.
I just want to freaken move my telephone line to my new location for the past two weeks struggling to get hold of them. I don't have these issues with Web Africa - its a pity that I need a telephone line from Tekom to be able to get ADSL. If somebody know of any other service I can use - I'll move my line today.
