I Have been trying to get connected in order to cancel the standard 5 GB on my account since October. I have stayed on the line not once but at least 4 times a week more then 35 minutes. I was given an email address to submit my complaint and to-date have had no feed back. I am frustrated. I do not want this T1-AllAccess Standard 5 GB and I also want to know why I am being charged for TI-Mailbox. I do not need this data.
