Good day, on the 20th November I, made a purchase on line and received ref 6wa82b as above, the person who assisted me, certainly did not hear that my specific request was that I would like to have a contract but keep my existing telephone number, 2 days ago, i was promised by Isabel on 011 4674000 that my cell pone would be collecgted and thah, the current contract would be canceled and a new contract created. I have alos spoken with Gerald on 0821945 on several occasions, I have personally been to Vodacom Illanga mall on 9th December and again today, you just sit there for a minimum of an hour at a time and at the end leave the store as the assistance is just as poor, on the 16th it would be 3 weeks, I am walking with a iphone 5s, which is pf absolute no value to me. this is the worst service I have ever received and have now been struggling for 3 weeks to get my problem solved to no avail, this type of incompetent service is truly poor. I hope my problem would be solved shortly, after leaving the vodacom shop, I was promised Gerald would phone me, I have still received no call.
