Worst customer service ever, bad attitude

I went with my husband to MTN Promenade 11.12.2013, we spoke to the Manager Masnoena Arendse regarding my husbands phone that was suspended even though payment was made, I advised that I have twin babies&I need my husbands phone active encase of emergency, she had a horrible attitude, Whakeela Hoose another consultant at the Branch refused to help us while I was standing there with a sick baby, she had a smug look on her face&said loudly&very embarrassing that she will not help me as I have an attitude problem, how can you speak to a customer like that, the service we received was Pathetic, Emile at the Westgate mall branch was equally rude today 12.12.2013&refused to be of assistance&speak to me, he made us get a Bank statement&gave us the same info that was given the day before after we explained everything to him just before that, he had a horrible attitude, the service is PATHETIC to say the least, I need my husbands phone activated ASAP as I am the one making payment, PLEASE INVESTIGATE QUERY #USD3026485 URGENTLY, if the matter is not sorted&I do not get a letter of apology for the inconvenience&embarrassment caused I will take it up with my lawyer@LEGAL WISE
