Disgusting Service

I had a query on my electricity bill and went to the Ethekweni branch in Phoenix for assistance. I went at 8:00 am and the worst thing to see in morning is a person's face that looked as if they have been eating a lemon. The consultant didn't even greet us, she had this look on her face as if she was out to kill someone. After explaining the problem, she answered us with such a bad attitude and told us not to tell her about the billing because we she knows everything and we don't. I understood that she couldn't really help us as we were only the tenants and our landlord needs to query the bill. But there is a way in which you speak to people and she obviously didn't know how to. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me "i will show you my manager" as if she was a gangster or mobster. The manager said that she will speak to her about it but I don't think so. She was even rude to another older person that came in for assistance. How do people like this get these jobs? Why do customer services if you can't? She really made my day a bad one and I'm sure other people had their days ruined too.
