I have an iBurst contract that promises wireless services. As it turns out, this service can only be used on a laptop and no other device, no tablets, cellphones, etc.
This is incorrect advertising and just simply lying. I'm now stuck on a two-year contract with horrible service from the arrogant call-centre consultants who have the nerve to tell me: "but you only had a laptop when you took out the contract so what are you complaining for. We didn't't ask you to buy a tablet".
I will not renew my contract or trust iBurst again.
