I called to do a follow up on a case ive logged and im getting poor service from Lungile i gave her my name and surname and as per request. Now she asked me to repeat my details, she was not listening to me as per Lungile "i was busy typing thats why i didnt hear you." what was the purpose of her asking me for my details if shes doing something else. If she didnt get my details then she needs to listen to the call and get my details and we'll continue from there. I need to continue with my migration ive logged this ticket a week ago and no confirmed feedback.
