New BBM Version 8

After phoning the call centre twice and both the agents promising to help me and send me a refrence number which they did'nt. I phoned 114 help line. I can think that vodacom use some other companies for the BBM Sofware and the version 8 is not corresponding and it makes my phone freeze and I have to take my battery off every 2 minutes.
