On Saturday the 11th at 7:15am I decided to go to Caltex Primrose to fill up a tank on my car. When I got to the fuel station I was serviced by Thabo. When it was time for Thabo to pour fuel on my car Thabo placed the pump on the car fuel cap and left the scene. I then turned only to see his Colleague calling him to hurry back to my car because the pump was spilling fuel on the ground. I then asked Thabo who will pay for the fuel that is on the ground because of his negligence his answer was "you will pay its not my fault that the vehicle could not hold the petrol pump". Thabo was not going to fetch a speed point or water or oil when he left my vehicle. I then asked him to speak to the Manager he said to me the Manager is not there and the Manager requested Customers not to contact him. He then said I will see the service station number on the slip. And then when he printed the slip there was no number. I am disgusted by the service I received from Thabo who also couldnot even fill up my tank as requested. Caltex was a garage of choice for me at Primrose but this Thabo guy service was a nightmare with his Manager he claims cannot be contacted.
