Crossline- incorrect billing- not made by us

Ef: 27122069 *Note the dispute has been closed 4 times.
Telkom is forcing us to pay for a bill that is clearly not ours. the dialled the numbers reflecting on my account and neither my husband or i know these people.
we experienced a cross line and reported it.
they closed the call saying it was resolved and yet the same issue continued,
a month later a get a bill for R932.45
an agent phoned my husband and told him TELKOM Is not taking responsibility for the acc.
and we must find out who is abusing our line.- this was mentioned 3 times in the call.
yet they don't want to prove to us that the calls were initiated from our line.
my husband and i work and our nanny - does not know any of the people who's numbers have appeared, i have started call these numbers and I'm opening a police case against Telkom for.
