On 5/12/2013 I called 808 from my company CEO's Cellphone to request itemised billing for 2 numbers. I waited for 45 minutes before I finally gave up and couldn't waste any more of my bosses time. Then I e-mailed [Email Removed] and lodged my request, I received a reply e-mail which stated that they will come back to me shortly. A week later NOTHING!!!
I am so frustrated with this lack of service.
I wonder if MTN still has any employees to service their loyal customers? Or if maybe they are not doing their work. We have a policy to return an e-mail or phone call within 24 hours at my company.
