In October I requested that My add on data bundle "Giganite be cancelled. Its nw December and this have not been done yet... I was billed November and again in Desember... this is pathetic! I ugraded aswell in November to an S4 and did not receive a micro sim with the phone. I was adviced by the follow up dept to go to a cell c store and to go and buy a sim and then to send the tax invoice to the billing department so that I can be credited. I spoke to Nobeko Mtshali and emailed her the proof of payment for the sim and faxed it to your billing dept... still nothing has been done!!! Nothing gets done and I am furious. If I done here anything within the next 3 days I am going forward this the national ombudsman and to dti. Pull up your socks and sort my problem!!
