I upgraded my contract from a blackberry on the 4th of November 2013. I had 3 days remaining for my bis, the agent in retentions then offered me an S4 and I agreed. She applied the new contract then removing my bis. I called back telling her that I have 3 days remaining on my bis and I am entitled to use what I have paid for. Matshidiso then submitted a refund request on the 4/11/2013. I have called back to the call centre since November to date with no luck, speaking to numerous of agents that were promising but with lack of customer satisfaction. I regret upgrading my contract! Can I just have my refund that's all
