I called 808 today to find out why MTN is ripping me off? I work at a hospital so I only have limited time... I called today 11/12/13 at 9.30am and it took me 45minutes and still no answer on the call centre... just that stupid annoying song... no sorry we are busy nothing... so I eventually hung up, I don't have time to waste and now I waste my time and get ripped off then on top of it it took 3 months and i'm still awaiting my account change I seriously am thinking of taking advise of others and go to Vodacom... my husband has no issues there!!!
