What a waste!

For the last 8 months (in two different houses) our dstv has only worked sporadically. It will 'lose signal' and then stay that way for up to 24 hours!
We have called and complained and gone to service centers and ALL IN VAIN!!! As soon as they plug it in it works (yes it does work sometimes) and then they say sorry it seems fine now!
Tonight for the 4 night in a row it went off the moment we turned the tv on! We decided to call the call centre (apparently open until 11 - WHAT A JOKE)!! My husband and I each phoned from our cellphones. The Johannesburg call centre is unavailable (we tried to get through for an hour)! I was on hold for 15 minutes trying the Pretoria customer centre before I finally gave up, my husband was on hold for even longer on the cellphone line!
This is unacceptable! The service is absolutely disgusting.!!
We constantly have to pay more because they change channels and packages whenever they feel like it, but we don't even have the luxury and pleasure of being able to watch a show in the evenings! I want to cancel my subscription and return this broken, worthless decoder to them...
An absolute waste of time and money!
