FIX THE DORINGKLOOF EXCHANGE!!

For the past 4 weeks our 4MB line has being utterly useless to the point I may as well use the postal services. Nobody at Telkom can help us, or will help us, still trying to figure out if you as a company know what you are doing.

The exchange gets so congested that I sit with a ping of 1500 on local sites. How slow is that? My varsity's web pages don't even load properly. Nothing is being done. All these lovely line upgrades were done for free, and yet no infrastructure upgrade was done. How stupid are you?

I want the service I pay for. Is it that hard to ask for? Please, send someone with the capability to fix the exchange. I know it is the exchange as I have ran tests with 4 ISP's and they all conclude the same story.
