Cell C R1537.18 from me

I singed up for caped internet contract for fixed cost of R244.74.I was dt every month with R343.64 but in July I was dt with R1537.18.I went to the West coast mall shop and reported it (Nazu), they could not help me and gave me tel number for head office cape town. I phoned this number 0219357000 but was told they cannot help me I must phone the National call centre. I called the call centre and logged my complaint referance number 3100800991 and to date no one has called me back or responded. I am not happy with this bad service and dont care who, what shop/call centre sold or renewed my contract-Cell C receives my dt order money monthly and they must sort out my complaint. My orriginal contract was a capted contract for R244.74 and when renewed I requested that it be the same.
I am claiming back the differance between the R244.74 and the R1537.18.
I believe Cell C will live up to their motto and my contract. I believe they will refund the money they from my account. I belive they will deliver better service. I believe someone will take ownership of my complaint and correct it. I Belive that i wont need to report them to the CPA.I belive in possibilities
