I am so disgusted in the service i am receiving from Virgin Mobile. I took out 2 x BB contracts, i received the handsets on the 16 November 2013 and to date the one phones BIS is still not set up. i call everyday even went to the walk in store in canal walk and even they tell me 24hrs it will be working and its more than 24 days now already. this is the worst network under the sun
