I applied for a new contract with MTN and somewhere along the lines my Virgin number was ported to MTN while I still have a binding contract with Virgin. I am not sure how this was possible but I am now paying two contract and one of which (Vrigin) I am unable to use. If the call logs are checked you will see that I have tried many many time with the call centre and the last time the call was cut off before I could even provide my number. Your urgent attention to this matter would be appreciated.
