My daughters phone went in to be repaired. One week later I called to see if was ready and they said yes we can collect. We collected it and the screen was still cracked. they did not repair it because the find me had to be disabled. Nobody told us to disable it when it went in, and nobody called to tell us. So now my daughter has been without a phone for a week and nobody can tell me why this was not done when we took the phone in to be repaired. I have had enough of the disgusting service from Nashua Mobile. I have 3 people in my office who have had bad service and are cancelling their contracts.
