Vodacom
WORST ATTITUDE EVER!

I went to the vodashop at The Grove mall in Lynwood to register a new sim card and do a sim swap afterwards. I walked into the shop and the consultants were just sitting at their stations and I didn't know where to go so I went to the nearest one where a guy named McDonald was sitting. I explained my problem to him and he continuously kept on trying to dismiss me before I finished talking. After I managed to fully explain my query he said he needed my ID and proof of residence which I had, I put them on the table and he just continued playing with his cellphone as I waited for him to say something, he did this for about 5 minutes while I sat there staring at him. Eventually he put his phone down, took a look at my stuff and said he couldn't help because the surnames on the proof of residence and my ID were different, which I understood. After that he told me he can't help me in a very condescending manner and looked away as if I was wasting his time. What annoyed me even more is that he insisted on addressing me in Sotho even though he heard me replying in English which should have indicated to him that I do not speak Sotho. He ruined my day with his bad attitude!
