How long does it take for your department to provide feedback to clients???
why cant you give me a new phone like other stores do. This has been ongoing for more than 3 months!!!
I want somebody senior to call me regarding this issue.
this has now transformed from a service/repair issue to customer service issue. I've been an unhappy client for more than 3 months and i am receiving NO feedback regarding my queries!

This is definitely in breach of my consumer protection rights. I should approach Wendy Knowler and tell her about the pathetic service Nashua Mobile provides their clients.
