Reported to telkom that my phone line was not working on Tuesdays last week stil no one has contacted me and it seems that no one is looking into the problem so the end of the month when I recieve my invoice I will refuse to pay for the time the line was down they can't expect me to pay on time and in full when they are not delivering any service to make it worse the telkom service or repair department is a block away from my house you would think things should happen quickly but no.
