I recently had a problem with the glass cutter at the greenstone branch of cashbuild, I emailed their complaints dept who said they will resolve the issue by having a meeting with the glass cutter, in my email I asked for feedback on the matter, during the call I received from the branch manager I asked for feedback, during the call with the regional manager I. Once again asked for feedback, more than two weeks later I still had no feedback and once again sent an email to the complaints dept, it is now almost a week after that and yet still no feedback!
This problem seems to run through the entire company and not just 1 branch. As a loyal client to cashbuild greenstone since their opening this is the service I received in return. The fact that I lost my contract with my client did not seem to bother them at all.
From now on if I have the chance I will encourage other people I know to rather get their supplies elsewhere, atleast they will receive decent service.
