I purchased a nokia lumia 620 on contract. the model has a manufacturing fault with the ON button. so when mine broke i took it straight to mtn, at mtn i wrote where it was broken and the screen was worn away a bit so they told me to put that down as well. a week later they tell me to collect the phone and that they replaced the screen which can only be done by opening the phone up! but they haven't fixed the ON button because someone had already opened it which voids the warranty, yet i have not taken the phone elsewhere to be opened nor have i opened the phone myself. and if i had then why would they still replace the screen! the real reason is that they don't wanto give me a replacement phone or spend the money on repairing it! this shows MTN will do whatever it can to make money even if it involves screwing over customers!
