Dissappointed and Dissatisfied

I have a contract with Vodacom and took my Blackberry to them to have it repaired under warranty, its not even a year old. They did'nt contact me to inform me anything about the where abouts of my phone. I sent a family member to ask them whats going on and he was told I need to pay them R3000 so that they can fix my phone. Not giving me any explanation or invoice regarding what im suppose to pay that amount of money for. My entire family deals with vodacom and we have never had this problem before. As i am on contract, my cellphone is under warranty for the entire 2 years and i have only used my vodacom simcard. This is not the first time I have got a faulty phone from them and the last time they fixed my phone and there was no problem. They try take advantage and I might as well buy a brand new phone for that price. I have now been without my phone for about a month and I am really starting to get angry!
