I have had it with Mweb. This past week I have had issues to the point that I may as well cut my line as nothing can be done in terms of the Internet. I am a University Student and in the middle of exams and the only way to keep in touch is to have internet access. Well done Mweb, you lot the big one. The tech support people keep telling me its a problem in my end and please explain this logic? My settings have not changed to date and there were no problems prior to this week. Get your act together! You claim to be the leading ISP, when you cant even communicate to customers properly.
