Don't Port Out to MTN

My new phone was scheduled to arrive on Friday 6th December, and my number was to be ported out when I received the phone.
No sign of the phone by 4 pm, so I tried to phone the courier. Only to find out that my service with my old service provider (Nashua Mobile) had been suspended.
When I got home I found an email from Tracy Pillay (MTN) on my home PC asking if I had received my phone as she wanted to do the porting.
I didn't get home till 5 pm and Tracy had left work by 4 pm.
I tried the switchboard at MTNSP Gallo Manor but gave up after holding on for over half an hour.
I tried emailing Customer Care on Friday night but had received no reply by Sunday.
I have been without a phone for two days which has ruined my weekend.
I would like to warn consumers about the poor service and technical incompetence that have spoiled my relationship with MTN before it has even started. I am still waiting for my new phone and for my existing number to be reconnected, and this won't happen for three days minimum it appears.
