I upgraded my account to the uncapped/Apple TV bundle. The store loaded an iMAC mini on my account as a "once off payment" Now my bill shows arrears in excess of R10k. I have an Apple TV device, not an iMAC mini!! Telkom charges me interest on this money. I have explained on 3 occasions that the bill is wrong, but it just never gets rectified. All answers I get is that my account is in dispute, but that is where it ends.
I think my last resort at this stage is to refer the issue to my lawyer and take it from there. I will also seek legal costs to be covered by Telkom, as it was done by their incompetent staff, and now they cannot remove the equipment from my account.
Why must I call every month in response to an SMS. Just fix the problem.
I will be taking this to my lawyer on the 17 December for action if Telkom does not rectify it by then.
