I understand the Shaping policy but it is supposed to be back to full speeds at after hours which is definitely not the case! I get p2p downloads of only 20kb max the whole day, and ive issued tickets and all that the Support team has told me to read the agreement of the Shaping etc. And the Shaping is insane. When i had a 10 MEG line with axxess I had downloads of 10 KB the whole day this has been going on for 3 months. I switched to a 4 MEG line with still the same speeds as when i had a 10 MEG, it doesn't make sense...
